About this event

*Please note that this is the first workshop in a two part series. The foundational prerequisite for taking part in this course is having completed both Understanding and Communicating the Value of Your Idea Workshops (held 17th and 20th September)*

Being able to explain your business succinctly and analyse your business model can be challenging. This workshop builds on the Value Proposition Canvas (VPC) workshop and requires attendees to have attended this or have already built a VPC.

Course Content:

• The Business Model Canvas (origins and examples)

• Building your business model canvas

• Exploring alternate business models for your business

• Finalising your first BMC

• How to present your canvas

Format:

Two 3 hour workshop sessions with practical exercises. Attendees are expected to view a video and complete preparatory reading prior to the session.
